Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service

 By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not.

    1- Registration

 

 - Some of the services provided by the site require registration. To register, you must provide your full name, address (including state/country), telephone number, email address and any other information that may be required by the Company in order to provide the requested services.

 

 - You must enter a username and password to access certain areas of the site. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your username and password, and the Site will not be liable for any action taken under your username or password.

 

 - The date and time of the event are subject to change, these changes are not related to Fan Ticket but to the official organizer.  The User is advised to check the correct date and time from time to time to attend the match on the new date and time.

 

 - Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Kuwait, the company's main website.

 2- Site rights 

 

 -The information available through this Site may include photographs, images, illustrations, etc. (referred to as “Content”) that is protected by copyright in accordance with applicable international copyright laws. You must abide by all additional copyright notices, information or restrictions that appear to protect any portion of the Content.

 

 - The content you access through this site is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to copy, sell, publish, reproduce or distribute the Content. However, you are permitted to make one copy of the applicable Content for personal use only. Except as set forth above, you may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce or create new works from, distribute, perform, display or in any way exploit any of the Content.

3- Purchases through the website

 

 To confirm the purchase of your requested ticket, your order must be received and registered correctly for the company, and must contain all the details required to begin the delivery process and record the fees charged to you. There are many possible reasons why your computer's recording of your request may malfunction and be disrupted. If you receive any message regarding incorrect content in the order details or a notification regarding an error that occurred in the system at the time of order registration, please refer to customer service immediately on WhatsApp number +96556552026

 

 - If at the time of placing your order you provide false identity details, we will not be able to guarantee that the product will reach you. In the event that the ordered items are returned to us, as a result of incorrect details provided by you, you will be responsible for paying the shipping and handling fees. Please be careful to fill in accurate and up-to-date details. Providing false personal data is prohibited in accordance with the law.

 

 - If you pay for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to provide will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secure connection.  -The cardholder must keep a copy of transaction records and trading policies and rules.

 

 - You must provide all the required information as required by the company to process and complete the purchase process, and later on, you may be requested to submit a copy of your passport.

 

 - After confirming your order and placing the “Submit” option, your order will be transferred to the company for “fulfillment”. Starting from the time of accepted of the order, as stated above, the order cannot be changed and/or canceled by you, except according to the possibilities mentioned in “Cancellation of the order”.

 

 Your order will be confirmed by an email which will arrive at your address in approximately 3 working days from the order confirmation date. An order that has not been confirmed will not bind the Company.     

 

 -After completing the examination of your credit card details and receiving approval from the credit card company to carry out the purchase, provided that the required items are available, your order will be considered executable, and the company will take steps to prepare your order.

4- Price change policy 

 

 The price you will be charged is the price on the website on the date of your purchase. The company has the right to change the services offered on the site, and may do so at any time, even without prior notification. The price you will be charged will likely be higher than the price printed on the ticket you purchased. Due to changes in supply and demand, the cost of acquisition and, most importantly, the cost in providing the service and delivering the ticket to the customer's location. Therefore, please check the site periodically for updates.

 

 - Fan Ticket reserves the right to change our prices automatically through online security systems, to protect our customers from any potential threat.

 

 -The price paid is the price shown on the website on the date and time of reservation that the customer agrees to when confirming the purchase.

 

 - The prices on the website are the price of one ticket.

 

 - Payment of the purchase value on the site will only be made through valid credit cards.  Legally operating credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or (K-NET) as approved by the company or/or credit clearance or bank transfer service provider.

 

 -We accept online payment using credit card via Visa and MasterCard in Kuwaiti dinars and other currencies.

 

 - Credit card payments must be confirmed by the credit card company (online) otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled.

 

 - The change in prices does not include those who have made a prior purchase.

 

  5- Canceled and postponed events 

 

 If the date of any match is canceled or changed by the relevant federation (the Spanish Federation, for example), the tickets will be transferred to the new date and no amount will be refunded to any customer. However, the customer can transfer the ticket to another person without Fan Ticket bearing any responsibility.  Event date, time and location may change. We are not always informed about a  show being postponed, rescheduled or  cancelled. In some cases, the event occupant or promoter may ask the ticket holder to move his or her seat

 

   Changing the seat category is beyond Fan Ticket control. Fan Ticket is not responsible for any change and will not be obligated to provide a refund or other compensation.

 

 - In the event of a cancellation request, the Company will attempt to resell your ticket to try to recover as much of your money as possible. In some cases, it may sell for significantly less than the purchase price/original price paid and we cannot guarantee a sale.

 

  

 

 6- Delivery of tickets 

 

 1. You must provide the Company with the correct delivery address and such other details as the Company may require in order to deliver the tickets at the right time  and to the right place. You are obliged to inform the Company of the final delivery details or any change therein no later than one week before the event. In cases where tickets will not be delivered due to club regulations, tickets will be collected at the stadium's ticket outlets or at a pick-up point location.

 

 2. The shipment must be by mail or a third party responsible for delivery and you do not have to pay the expenses of the shipment, and the Company will not be held responsible for any delay, damages, loss and/or error in placing tickets by the third party delivering the tickets.

 

 3. If the ticket sent to you is not accepted or received, and is returned to the company by the third party that delivers the tickets or any local courier service, you are deemed to have waived your right to delivery. You must pay the full purchase price and compensate the company for the costs of returning the shipment.

4. The Company will ensure that the details provided relating to match tickets are accurate. However, in some rare cases, the actual tickets may not be in accordance with the order, and this does not constitute a breach of the Company's obligations.

 

 5. The Company has the right to make changes to the details of ticket delivery. The Company will not be liable for any damage resulting from such changes, and this will not constitute a breach of contract on the part of the Company.

 

 6. Fan Ticket ensures that tickets are delivered in a safe and timely manner for the match. Tickets are sent to you as soon as possible usually, 3 to 4 days before the match. In most cases, tickets arrive to our customers 2 days before the match or even on the morning of the match. Rest assured that we will deliver the tickets to our customers on time and you will have them in your hand before the match starts.

 

 7 - Smartphone e-tickets (mobile e-tickets) or e-tickets will be sent via certified email to the e-mail address provided by the customer when placing the order. (E-tickets must be printed before attending the event).

 

 8- Fan Ticket will not deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC country.

 

 9 - Multiple transactions may result in multiple messages to the cardholder's monthly statement.

 

 10- Under some circumstances, we may have to specify a specific place for the customer to come to receive his tickets the day before the match or on the day of the match.

 

  

 

 12- In some rare cases, adjacent seats may not be available, and therefore we give separate seats without violating the sales agreement concluded between Van Tect and the customer.

 

 13- If we are unable to provide the required tickets that were purchased previously, we will return the full amount to the customer along with free replacement tickets for another match that we determine in agreement with the customer.

 

 14- In some rare cases, we may be forced to give the customer tickets of a category lower than the previously reserved category, due to circumstances beyond our control.

15- If you enter the match using membership cards, they must be returned to us after the match. If you do not adhere to the agreement, we will deduct $200 for each unreturned card, which is the value of obtaining a new card to replace the lost one.

 

 16- If you send an incorrect phone number or email, you bear full responsibility for the tickets not arriving to you in a timely manner.

 

  

 

 7- Force majeure circumstances 

 The Site does not bear any negligence in relation to the implementation of the services provided through the Site to a party if this is not due to the fault of the party or when the said party cannot be held responsible for it according to the law, the terms or according to generally accepted standards. The Company may invoke force if the Company's loss is partially or completely as a result of war, mobilization, riots, floods, fires, accidents, strikes, occupations, pandemics, disease, measures established by the government, non-delivery of tickets requested to the Company by third parties and other unforeseen events.


 

 

 8- Ticket promotion

 Fantek has the right to upgrade match tickets when needed, without consulting the customer 

9 - Changes to terms and conditions 

 

 The website policies and terms may be changed or updated from time to time to comply with requirements and standards. Therefore, customers are advised to visit this section frequently to know about changes to the website. Amendments will be effective from the day they are published.
